Higaltor Technics
The company is made up of chemical engineers and graduates who have worked in the chemical sector since the 1970s.
We focus all our activity on strengthening our R&D laboratory, in collaboration with several multinational chemical companies and university research laboratories.
What sets us apart in this sector is the tailored advice we offer for each case: we visit the site and adapt our formulations, where necessary, to each particular problem.
From the laboratory to the site
In-house production with formulation control on every batch. Our technical department supports the project from surface diagnosis through to application.
We build software too: FicharPyme.es
We needed to record our own people's working hours, and none of the tools we looked at quite convinced us, so we built our own. It worked well enough that we opened it up to other small companies.
FicharPyme.es is a working-time record under article 34.9 of the Spanish Workers' Statute, built for small businesses: €200 a year, no per-person cost and no add-on modules. We use it ourselves every day.
You clock in from the browser, on a phone or on a computer, and where there are no phones a tablet hangs by the door: each person taps their name and types their PIN. It includes the team calendar, holiday with balances and absences, and none of those are modules you pay for separately. It produces the reports the Labour Inspectorate asks for, with an integrity fingerprint on every entry. It records when you clock in, not where: we do not know where anyone is, and we do not want to.
